James Millaway

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Millaway is a Co-Founder and CEO at ZERO. He has an extensive background in employer-sponsored health coverage with a career spanning positions at the largest integrated health system In Oklahoma, a regional HMO carrier, and as a partner in a large, independent brokerage and consulting firm that was acquired in May of 2015. In 2014 he was named to the top 40 consultants under 40 in Business Insurance magazine, he is also co-founder and former Chairman of the Board of WellOk, the Northeast Oklahoma Business Group on Health, a member organization of the National Business Coalition on Health. In 2016 Forbes magazine called Jim “One of America’s Most Innovative Benefits Leaders.” Jim is one of only five individuals in the U.S. certified in Advanced Critical Outcomes Reporting Analysis by The Validation Institute in both wellness and disease management.

Wim De Pril

Chief Technology Officer

Wim De Pril is Co-Founder and CTO at ZERO. Wim holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and an MBA from INSEAD, a top European business school. In the past, Wim grew the engineering team at FullContact (a big data company centered around contact management) from 5 to 30 members.

Prior to joining ZERO, Wim also led a 50 member engineering team within Aetna after their acquisition of iTriage. Wim has over 18 years experience in Software Development, Data Analytics, and Product Leadership

Stanley Schwartz, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Stanley N. Schwartz, MD, FACP is Co-Founder and CMO at ZERO. Stan is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine. He did residency training in internal medicine and infectious diseases fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He practiced infectious diseases, hospital epidemiology and internal medicine in Tulsa and later was Medical Director for Warren Clinic, a 375-provider clinic in the Saint Francis Health System.

Stan also organized and leads WellOK, Inc., the Northeastern Oklahoma Business Coalition on Health, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the value of healthcare for Oklahoma businesses. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Infectious Diseases and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Infectious Diseases Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America.

Gaylene Hanson

Chief Operating Officer

Gaylene Hanson is the Chief Operating Officer for ZERO. Prior to ZERO, she founded her own consulting business with a focus in operations, vendor relations, account management, plan building and implementation.

Gaylene has more than 25 years of leadership experience in Third Party Administration working on behalf of self-insured employer groups, independent TPAs, brokers, and providers. Prior to founding her consulting business, she was the Executive Vice President at The Kempton Group, an independent Third Party Administrator located in Oklahoma City, OK.

In 2011, Gaylene played an integral role in the successful launch of an innovative, free-market transparency program. She created and developed numerous workflows and processes that were outside the normal capabilities of the Third-Party Administrator’s functionality for self-funded claims administration.

Jeff Yaniga

Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff is a seasoned sales executive with deep domain expertise. Jeff most recently as the National Director of Strategic Accounts at HealthSparq. Jeff previously served as CRO at Maestro Health where he joined as a founding member of the executive team and built the company’s sales, sales operations, and client success teams from the ground up. Jeff’s efforts led to the addition of more than 500 customers growing revenue from $0 to $40m in less than 4 years prior to the AXA acquisition. (Think: Wise sage who has been there, done that time and time again)

Molly Moore

VP, Marketplace Strategy

Molly is our formidable healthcare nerd, an MBA with 25 years experience across multiple stakeholders; provider, payer, employer, and venture. Most recent she was a founder at Decent, overseeing health plan creation, provider operations, finance, and compliance. She was previously Director of Health Plan Performance and Strategy for a 20K life union health plan, led biz dev at Cambia Health Solutions (now Echo Health Ventures) and had previous stints at Aetna, UHC and Regence Blue Cross.

Michael Smith

Director of Member Success

Michael loves getting to deliver on ZERO’s vision on a daily basis by assisting our members in receiving Zero cost healthcare. Michael’s team works hard to make that already-great-experience even more awesome. Our customer survey shows our dedication with 95% of those surveyed giving us a 9 or 10 out of 10.

Experienced Director with a consistent record of team leadership in customer call center environments in beverage, wireless telecommunications, food service industries, and healthcare. Prior to joining The ZERO team, Michael led national call centers with Coca-Cola and AT&T and demonstrated success in identifying unique business challenges and formulating and executing strategic plans. He has a natural ability to build solid relationships and effective cross-functional teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Robyn Leone

Director of Client Success

Robyn is a naturally curious leader that for the last 25 years has been diving into some of the most complex problems in healthcare. A true data geek that strives to make meaning and drive action from numbers, focused on creating an environment to improve consumer health outcomes and reduce spend. Robyn is a successful thought leader for employers and providers, and a strong advocate for streamlining the healthcare experience for members. Her experience spans payers, consulting for health systems and providers, leading business intelligence teams, and the development and management of consumer-facing health service products. (Think: partner that can strategically support employers, engage providers through actionable data to drive better outcomes, and a cheerleader and quarterback to walk side by side with members to make healthcare work for them)

Charissa Cothran

Manager of Provider Success

Charissa has over 20 years of experience in different areas of healthcare including provider billing, insurance claims, provider relations, and administration. She spent 9 years as the Billing Director for an ambulance provider and knows firsthand how difficult it can be to get paid for services rendered. During her recent experience working in provider relations, she was introduced to the concept of transparent, bundled pricing and that patients can get quality care with no out-of-pocket cost. She fell in love with the idea of making healthcare less complex and painful for both members as well as providers. She loves being able to provide the best service and experience to our providers in order to ensure they enjoy partnering with ZERO.
