Jim Millaway is a Co-Founder and CEO at ZERO. He has an extensive background in employer-sponsored health coverage with a career spanning positions at the largest integrated health system In Oklahoma, a regional HMO carrier, and as a partner in a large, independent brokerage and consulting firm that was acquired in May of 2015. In 2014 he was named to the top 40 consultants under 40 in Business Insurance magazine, he is also co-founder and former Chairman of the Board of WellOk, the Northeast Oklahoma Business Group on Health, a member organization of the National Business Coalition on Health. In 2016 Forbes magazine called Jim “One of America’s Most Innovative Benefits Leaders.” Jim is one of only five individuals in the U.S. certified in Advanced Critical Outcomes Reporting Analysis by The Validation Institute in both wellness and disease management.
Wim De Pril
Chief Technology Officer
Wim De Pril is Co-Founder and CTO at ZERO. Wim holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and an MBA from INSEAD, a top European business school. In the past, Wim grew the engineering team at FullContact (a big data company centered around contact management) from 5 to 30 members.
Prior to joining ZERO, Wim also led a 50 member engineering team within Aetna after their acquisition of iTriage. Wim has over 18 years experience in Software Development, Data Analytics, and Product Leadership
Stanley Schwartz, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Stanley N. Schwartz, MD, FACP is Co-Founder and CMO at ZERO. Stan is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine. He did residency training in internal medicine and infectious diseases fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He practiced infectious diseases, hospital epidemiology and internal medicine in Tulsa and later was Medical Director for Warren Clinic, a 375-provider clinic in the Saint Francis Health System.
Stan also organized and leads WellOK, Inc., the Northeastern Oklahoma Business Coalition on Health, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the value of healthcare for Oklahoma businesses. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Infectious Diseases and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Infectious Diseases Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America.
Chief Operating Officer
Gaylene Hanson is the Chief Operating Officer for ZERO. Prior to ZERO, she founded her own consulting business with a focus in operations, vendor relations, account management, plan building and implementation.
Gaylene has more than 25 years of leadership experience in Third Party Administration working on behalf of self-insured employer groups, independent TPAs, brokers, and providers. Prior to founding her consulting business, she was the Executive Vice President at The Kempton Group, an independent Third Party Administrator located in Oklahoma City, OK.
In 2011, Gaylene played an integral role in the successful launch of an innovative, free-market transparency program. She created and developed numerous workflows and processes that were outside the normal capabilities of the Third-Party Administrator’s functionality for self-funded claims administration.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jeff is a seasoned sales executive with deep domain expertise. Jeff most recently as the National Director of Strategic Accounts at HealthSparq. Jeff previously served as CRO at Maestro Health where he joined as a founding member of the executive team and built the company’s sales, sales operations, and client success teams from the ground up. Jeff’s efforts led to the addition of more than 500 customers growing revenue from $0 to $40m in less than 4 years prior to the AXA acquisition. (Think: Wise sage who has been there, done that time and time again)

Experienced Director with a consistent record of team leadership in customer call center environments in beverage, wireless telecommunications, food service industries, and healthcare. Prior to joining The ZERO team, Michael led national call centers with Coca-Cola and AT&T and demonstrated success in identifying unique business challenges and formulating and executing strategic plans. He has a natural ability to build solid relationships and effective cross-functional teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
